Quality Control 
As from 1990 Mec Nova is endowed with a manual of quality that respects the rules of ISO 9001:2008, three employees are in charge of checking the exact application of the norms and testing of the production. We also certify outsourced heating and superficial treatments.
On the request of the customer we can work free-pass giving all the documentation to certify the tests both on-process and end-tests.
We put much attention on quality and in fact we invested a lot in high-technology machineries for both production and testing.
The testing department is equipped with: common instruments, 2 roughness testers, 2 roundness testers, 1 special measurements testers with video camera with the forth axis working real time SPC testing system.
With these testers we are able to measure and test all the components, to produce pieces corresponding to the drawing and to certify the tests on the product even after some time.
