We do produce components on TRAUB, INDEX, NAKAMURA CNC bar turning and milling lathes, TORNOS and STAR CNC sliding headstock bar turning lathes, CHIRON CN machining centres workpiece changing device with 4th axis table, obtaining complex components with milling and transversal perforations.
Using machineries with bar passages up to 65 mm, Mec Nova can work steel for high speed, alloy steel, stainless steel as well as brass, copper and aluminium alloys.
We provide special machining process like milling and boring on oleo dynamic and automatic lathes as well as grinding after heating treatments up to 2 micron tolerances on external diameters.
We have a good network of supplier where we outsource heating, superficial and galvanic treatments.
